Parish Council meeting face to face again
3rd of June, 2021
The Parish Council continues to operate within latest Government guidelines.
From 7 May 2021 this has meant meetings indoors once again, with rules in place in order to keep all as safe as possible. Therefore the number of persons at a meeting needs to be restricted to maintain social distancing & it depends on the actual room size. Therefore whilst members of the press & public are welcome, it does mean that pre-booking is essential in order to avoid a wasted journey when you may, of necessity, be reluctantly sent away.
It also means Clerk needs to retain contact details for up to 14 days, for Track & Trace purposes and that as much ventilation as possible is considered.
Meetings will not, for now, follow the usual pattern of first Monday in the month, so please look at the Meetings Section, where you will find agendas & minutes, but also date of meetings and venues. It is hoped that, by September, the Parish Council will return to the usual cycle. However, as we are all only too familiar with, the rules may need to change to keep us all safe.
Please feel free to contact Parish Clerk, Teresa Taylor as your primary port of call. If she does not answer on 01200 422607, please leave a message & she will call you back.
