Activities in Tosside

The Parish Council resolved to commemorate RAF 100 with a planted bed in front of the Tosside Community Hall. It is important to remember why the RAF was set up 100 years ago and why it is still needed today.

Volunteers made the WW1 model planes and the Parish Council is most grateful to Ribble Valley Borough Council, for their financial support towards the war memorial and more recently through Ribble Valley in Bloom Grant, which has been used as a contribution towards the flower display featured in the picture.
